You pay your supplier directly — with MorePlus you pay only for what you use: receiving and inspection, storage after the free 30 days, consolidation and shipping, itemised per order. The 0% product markup and per-parcel fulfillment above apply to catalogue orders.

Funds you top up are held as prepaid credit on your MorePlus account and are only drawn when you confirm an order. Every movement in and out is itemised in your wallet history. If you need a refund on an amount not yet spent, our team arranges it with you and records it in your history.

Is your pricing public?
Yes — our prices are set and published right here, so you can plan before you sign up. High-volume and VIP accounts may be offered customized rates.
Is MorePlus really free to use?
Yes. Creating an account is free, sourcing on 1688 is free, and fulfillment plus 30 days of storage are free at launch. You only pay for your products — at the factory price — and shipping.
Do you mark up the product price?
No. You buy directly from the 1688 supplier at the factory price, with 0% markup.
How is shipping priced?
By destination country, product category, weight and dimensions, plus any destination duties or taxes. You always see your total before you pay.
Will I be charged for fulfillment later?
Fulfillment is free during launch. Later we plan a simple flat fee of $1 per parcel, covering up to 5 kg and 5 SKUs; above that, $0.16 per extra SKU.
How much is storage after the free 30 days?
Low daily rates: from $0.05 per small rack location per day, $0.10 for a large one, $0.60 per CBM per day, or $8 per sqm per month for floor space. The first 30 days are free.
What does quality inspection cost?
A per-item inspection before your order ships is $0.78 per item — optional, only if you want it.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ — we support orders of any size for now.
What is the 5% fee?
It only applies if you ask a sourcing agent to handle a custom or complex product, and it's 5% of the goods value. Standard self-serve 1688 sourcing has no such fee.
How do payments work?
You top up a prepaid wallet by bank transfer or PayPal — there's no minimum top-up, funds are only drawn when you confirm an order, and every movement is itemised in your wallet history. If you need a refund on an amount not yet spent, our team arranges it with you. USD is the base currency; you can pay in other currencies, which are converted to USD at the day's bank rate.
What if I need to cancel or get a refund?
If your parcel hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel and we refund your wallet within 24 hours (or your bank account within 14 days). Once a parcel has been dispatched, cancellations are reviewed case by case.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes — we can provide invoices for your tax and accounting.
