Before you start.
Can I start with very small orders?
Yes — there's no platform-wide minimum. You can start with a single test order and scale to bulk; our supplier network and warehouses handle both.
I already have my own suppliers — is this for me?
Yes, and it's a different workspace. Instead of selling from a catalogue, you raise purchase orders toward the suppliers you already work with and track them at SKU level, while we receive, inspect, store and consolidate the goods. See the buyer workspace.
I buy from several suppliers — can everything leave as one shipment?
Yes. Goods from different suppliers arrive at the same warehouse, are checked and entered into stock, then leave as one consolidated shipment — which cuts both cost and paperwork.
Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No. The model is per-order fulfillment: your customer buys first, then the order is procured and shipped. If you want to test demand or secure a bestseller, pre-order inventory is available as a choice — you decide when to hold stock and when not to.
Can I check a product before committing to it?
Yes — place a sample order and inspect the product with your own eyes before you list it or order volume. It's a separate, simple order flow.
I saw a product on TikTok — can I find it?
Paste the screenshot into image search and the platform finds it in a translated catalogue (1688, Wushang, Global Products), with prices up front and real sales volumes to judge demand. If you still can't find it, Request for Sourcing hands the search to our team in China.
How long does sourcing take?
Once you place a request we source and follow up with the supplier for delivery to our warehouse, then ship worldwide. Lead time depends on the product and your chosen shipping line; we keep you updated at each step.
How do you handle quality and defects?
We inspect at every stage of production and catch defects in China — before goods ship. If something's wrong, we work with you and the supplier to make it right.
What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?
Orders that haven't shipped can be cancelled with a refund to your wallet within 24 hours. Dispatched orders are reviewed case by case, and issues with orders delivered to your customer are handled together with your customer-service input. The full refund & returns policy is public.
Is the money in my wallet safe?
It stays yours: funds you top up are held as prepaid credit and only drawn when you confirm an order, and every movement in and out is itemised in your wallet history. If you need a refund on an amount not yet spent, our team arranges it with you and records it in your history.
What happens after I sign up?
Signing up is free. You get access to the platform to search products, plus a contact who can guide your first order from sourcing to delivery.
