Terms of Service

1. The service

MorePlus is a sourcing and fulfillment platform. We help you find products from Chinese marketplaces (starting with 1688), run quality control, brand and package them, store them, and ship orders to your customers — and we connect to your Shopify store to sync orders. Some features may be added, changed or removed over time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service for lawful business purposes.

3. Pricing & payment

• Creating an account is free. Products are charged at the 1688 factory price with 0% product markup.
• Sourcing on 1688 is free. An optional custom sourcing agent is available for 5% of goods value.
• During our launch period, fulfillment and the first 30 days of storage are free; we will give notice before introducing standard fees.
• Shipping is priced per order based on destination, category, weight/dimensions and any applicable taxes. Your total is always shown before you pay.
• You agree to pay all charges shown at the time you confirm an order.

4. Orders & sourcing

When you place an order, you authorise us to purchase, process and ship the goods on your behalf. Product availability, lead times and supplier pricing can change; if something materially changes after you order, we will contact you.

5. Quality & defects

We check goods at stages of production and fulfillment. If we catch a defect, or one is reported on arrival, we work with you and the supplier to make it right. See our refund & returns policy for how claims are handled.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier delays and events outside our control can affect timing. You are responsible for ensuring the goods you import are legal in the destination country and for any duties or taxes due there.

7. Prohibited products & use

You may not use the service to source, sell or ship counterfeit, illegal, dangerous or restricted goods, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property. We may decline or cancel orders that breach this.

8. Intellectual property

The MorePlus name, site and platform content belong to us or our licensors. Content you provide (such as logos for branding) remains yours; you grant us the right to use it solely to fulfill your orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MorePlus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business in Guangzhou, China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
