This policy explains what data MorePlus collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

MorePlus is a sourcing and fulfillment service operated by FS International (founded 1989), based in Guangzhou, China. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to run the service.
1. Information we collect
We collect data you give us and data generated when you use the site or platform:
- Contact & quote requests — your name, email, the product you want to source, monthly volume and any message you send us.
- Account & orders — if you create a platform account, the details you provide (contact details, shipping addresses, tax/IOSS identifiers where relevant) and the orders you place.
- Store connection — if you connect a Shopify store, the order and product data needed to fulfill your orders.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies (see section 5).
2. How we use your data
- To answer your quote requests and provide customer support.
- To source products, run quality control, store, pack and ship your orders.
- To operate and improve the platform and our service.
- To send you service-related messages about your orders and account.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with parties that help us deliver the service:
- Suppliers and manufacturers in China, to source and produce your goods.
- Logistics and shipping partners within the FS International group and external carriers, to deliver your parcels.
- Payment processors, to handle transactions securely (we do not store full card details).
- Service providers such as hosting and analytics, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities, where required by law.
4. International transfers
Because we operate from China and serve customers worldwide, your data may be processed in China and in the countries where our partners operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
6. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@moreplus-sourcing.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
